"The People Pet Pages" serving the citizens in West Virginia has been designed in such a manner to give you the opportunity to share with others your goals, ideas, questions, and accomplishments concerning our animal friends. Through this exchange, it is my hope that it will inspire others to move in a similar manner or force changes where changes are needed. Without your participation, we are all the losers, and the "status quo" concerning the plight of our animal friends will remain stagnated and alterations if needed in their behalf will not materialize. You are the voice for the silent voices! Whether you will come to their aid and speak in their behalf or by your silence and inaction contribute to the injustices dealt to them is up to you.

As you surf through "The People’s Pet Pages" you will find several pages which are intended for your input. Your appreciation in taking the time to contribute to these sections are the only hope that our animals have in having their voice heard in being treated in a humane way  and making others realize, "It is their world also."

"The People Pet Pages" has striven to aid  the animal shelters, if they so exist,  in Fayette, Raleigh, Summers, and Wyoming Counties (FRSW)  in obtaining their own website so they can  push their own agenda and to post at will, photos of their animals available for adoption.  The challenge, which is within their means, is theirs to accept or to reject.

On the home page, directions in how to make an MSN web site is within the  title, "Reaching for the Stars."  It is my hope that if a shelter does not have a web site, regardless where you are located,  this document may be of some assistance to you in making one.  Should an animal shelter, etc. want to make an MSN web site and you are meeting some difficulties in doing this task, please e-mail me of the problem(s) you are having and I will try to assist you in correcting the problem.

"The People Pet Pages" welcomes the web site of all animal shelters in West Virginia and will insert their web site within its web site if you will  send your URL, web site address, to samato_@suddenlink.net

SUBMITTING INFORMATION

In a web site, you are allowed so many e-mail addresses, and I believe I have taken advantage of them all. In submitting information, if you will submit from the e-mail address that represent your county, in many cases it will enable me to know where to place it or how to answer the question, etc. If you will use for part of your  subject, the area it belongs in such as "FRSW News, Fayette," "Express Your Opinion," etc. it will definitely help me in knowing where to place it or how to answer the question. If you are submitting information and are not a citizen of any of the counties where it shows their e-mail address, your submission is definitely welcome and feel free to use the neutral e-mail address: samato_@suddenlink.net   But, the most crucial thing is not the e-mail address you use, what you put in the title for the subject area, but that your goals, ideas, questions, and hopes for our animal friends are  shared with all through this medium.
